Great video for freeze studies, I’m sure our molding techs used something like this to improve our cycle times. Obviously they never explained with this level of detail.

does this only apply when you aren't dealing with valve gates and nozzle drops?
@injectionmoldingskillsmore1064 Жыл бұрын
Yes, it still applies when you have valve gates. Open all gates at the same time. If NO valve gates, then you follow the steps the same way. Both will work. Thanks for the support to the channel & for watching as well. I will have new videos coming.

This is an excellent presentation. Appreciate your efforts to make me understand this important concept. However, I would like to know what are steps we can follow to reduce the cooling time.. Could you please suggest any advance modifications we can make in the mold to reduce the cooling time? Also what are the process variables for reducing cooling time
@injectionmoldingskillsmore10642 жыл бұрын
YES I can do something for you to show that. I appreciate the support & for you watching the videos.

Why not do it backwards? Start at 2 on hold time and then go up in incriminates by one second.It’s slowing adding weight so to start high you could over fill your part and cause tool damage. I know that would be more shot size and pack that would over fill the part and somewhat transfer but wouldn’t it be safer to start low and then work your way up?

Sir what about the holding pressure during gate seal study.?
@injectionmoldingskillsmore1064 Жыл бұрын
You leave the hold pressure the same don't touch. You only change the time. Thanks for watching & the support to the channel I greatly appreciate it.

I have learned a lot over the years I worked as a Tech for 14 years I've learned Decouple 1 2 n 3 I've never used 3 but very important prob ( I suspect for medical ) needs to be right on , I've watched another video from you about Back Pressure Liked that video / What I want to know and probably other techs want to know is what is difference between different check valves / ball check ? I know when I say how much experience I got I still don't know Jack I want to keep learning Thank you I like your videos
@injectionmoldingskillsmore1064 Жыл бұрын
Thanks so much for the kind words. I can do a video that shows the differences between the 2. There are some new designs that are out there that some companies use. I will try to get this done as soon as possible. Thanks for watching & the support to the channel.
