Ru is from Fe group, not Rh. You were correct first time. Also, you wrote d8 instead of 8e- in case of Fe(0), CO(+1), and Ni(+2). Btw It was very nice video.

In the last question, where you have discussed the addition of Cl2 and discussed about M-CO bond. there will we not consider pi-donor tendency of Cl that will make the Ir centre more electron rich. you have just considered the electron withdrawing power of Cl. why is it so sir?
