It's an excellent renovation of the property finishes to a high standard and I can't fault them on that at all. Beautifully decorated and very tastefully presented showing the property in the best possible light. I'd use it as an upmarket vacation rental but it would be a lovely family home too. But and there is a but...the price. Yes it's an excellent renovation, yes it's in a gated community and yes the views are beautiful but I think they are trying to recoup some of the cost of the renovation. You can see that a lot of money has been spent on this project and I know where Silver Sands Estate is and I personally wouldn't pay their asking price. I hope that they are open to negotiation 😊.
