If you don't want a huge space. It's enough. I think retired house must have a room on the downstairs. Age can make it hard for the staircase. That's an important thing to think about acquiring retirement home. A little space to plant not bad. Love that.

This is runaway bay. Flava beach with the restaurant that is owned by some distance family, is a vibe. I love this place. Another show stopper listing. Thanks for sharing.

The Delpratt Family, l do enjoy this video. I really like this town house. My uncle has a house in that area too. Runnaway Bay is a lovely area nice concrete houses to withstand 150ls hurricanes, or storms. The house l grew up as a child in is 125 years old, and its still standing. It was built by my great grand father. It withstood many hurricanes, and storm through the 19th century to ,20th century. The Delpratt Family people sre going to complain whether good or bad. Jamaica is not America, alot of people buy house in America, and they can't built a shed on the property. Jamaica you can do what you want. You can make a vegetable garden st the back, and build a nice flower garden at the front. You can't please all the people all the time, only some. God bless our lovely lsland. Criticism is good, contructive and negative. They both balances each other. You guys are doing a great job, helping hard working people. Keep Up The Good Work. Blessings.

The house is missing a 2 car garage. Need a double vanity in the master bedroom. Would have preferred less front space and more space at the back. Kichen is a bit small and the laundry room is tight. If you are trying to attract buyers from overseas we need that garage to lock up our vehicles when we leave. Does it comes with air conditioner? Not bad overall

The developer could easily have built a garage at the front with a bedroom above at the front as a protuding L shape wing to left of the house. There is no need for the long driveway. The house should have been built 25 feet more forward to the kerb.

Jamaica need to upgrade their home designs. The tile everywhere doesnt feel like home, it feels like a office building i hate it. Also that big ass breaker box in The dead center of the living room is so unattractive. Yuk 🤮and dont get me started on the choice of color lol come on its 2024, this looks like a 80s house
