In this tutorial, I show you how to make a fun Gatefold Easel Card, combining 2 of my favourite card styles together this beautiful card fold completely flat and fits in a 5 x 7 envelope.

This is lovely, definitely going to do this. I have that paper in the 8 x 8 I think I just may have to get the 12 x 12! I know just how you feel, sometimes it's just not happening and you need to go away and come back later with fresh eyes. I am really enjoying your tutorials they are so easy to follow. Really lovely card Sam. Going to have a go making one tomorrow. My niece is into music (has her own band) and loves her cats so I'm going to merge the two (using papers with music and an embossing folder, I've a little stamp set with cats and punny sentiments) into a card.... wish me luck lol. Loving this card. If I might ask a question, I send cards to elderly quite often, and they never know it is a easel card, and how to sit it. Do you ever include a note that explains? If so, could you share with me please? Much love
