+Psycho Wendigo Very few of them are. If I remember well the original Blood Moon skins, Akali's and Shen's, were canon and were supposed to be a festival in Ionia where they dressed like that. Most skins however aren't, and neither are supposed to be canon the lines of the 1350 RP skins. Thus the idea that Jarvan IV's father is already dead isn't canon, at least not yet, not until Riot reveals the new official canon for Demacia.
