Sar aapane kaha tha ki kyon note mein starting state per koi input symbol diye bhi nahi by default output symbol zero a jata hai lekin yahan to koi output symbol kyon note ke liye aapane Diya hi nahin aur dusra naahi transition table banakar aapane dikhaya

Since it has no incoming input, it doesn't matter. Give it 0 or 1 or leave it blank, anything you want.

Sir , I have one doubt. In the previous video we learnt in moore machine , if we give 'n' no of inputs we will get 'n+1' no of outputs. i.e from initial state. In Moore we have n number of inputs we will get n+1 outputs. But in Mealy n number of inputs = n number of outputs.

I have a doubt in melay to moore conversion, when q1 moving 0/0 itself then why to draw a line from q1/1 duplicate to q1/0 already in q1/0 we have a self loop 0/0 then why to add another one?

Each and every states needs to determined for each input (0, 1) that's why we have define moves for 0 and 1 input of q1/1 state and q2/1 states. If you have confusion still then search for " mealy to Moore conversation using transition table", there you will get your kick. Thanks
