The way I've always played (jail rules) you can play off the first wiper and whoever calls lockup wins. If you can only play off 2 ends you could never get a 20 or 30 point play.

So in the 2nd round you say the play rotates left? So player 2 starts the 2nd round. Does that mean player 2 has to start with a double. also? Sorry but my understanding was that the winner of the 1st round starts the 2nd round.
