I had a BAK revolver bed cover.Expensive and did not hold up.I replaced it with a low priced Gator trifold from real truck and couldn't be happier.I put a strip of black weather striping that came with the Gator along top of tailgate and get zero water in bed.

You have to close the tailgate first and then latch the cover on top. That flap in the back of that cover goes over the top of your tailgate. That's why you're getting water in there you doing it wrong

Was just goin to say that. I did the car wash test with the flap inside. Then realized after to close the tailgate first then close the cover

@@danhett7385 it's been fine. I've had it for about a year and a half now. It does leak a little bit in the corners in heavy rain but that's to be expected with a roll up.

@@banderson2101 It's holding up really well. No issue's. Treat it with cleaner/protectant every 6 months and it still looks new.

I’ll tell you right now that mine keeps all the water out but I live on gravel and dirt roads and the inside gets dusty as hell!

How does it hold up on highway speeds ? Did it come lose at all? Just put one one on replaced a trifold Also close the gate before closing the cover and put the weather strip on the gate to seal it

@@ABrianLewisVlog thanks. Ya I wanted all of the bed space that’s why I got it. Like the trifold and it is better quality but hate having to climb under the cover to undo it when I need to. Which isn’t often but it’s enough to annoy me.
