Gator on the CDT: P4 Off to Monarch

After leaving behind San Luis Pass, I started feeling lonely since the only hiker I'd met so far had turned back. I explain why I chose not to go back. Then, the trail started making me think the warmth was coming, but no, there was still plenty of snow.
