A rare combination of beautiful, warm voice and artistic talent for show to keep the audience excited, delighted and asking for more from Marty. What a contrast with his harsh unfortunate beginning as a young boy living in the Arizona desert. It might explain his sense of humor 😂 behind what in others would hsve sounded or looked overstrained. In Marty Robbins it comes out as a talent for show and the irony of the contrast alluded to above is part of what made him attractive to people watching his performances and finding in him a kind gentleman artist gifted for music and song. American popular music at its best, unmatched anywhere in the world. Thank you, dear Marty. John C.
