I liked it when James and Edward were together. It's like James of all characters, was supporting Edward through his building. They both looked concerned when Edward was transparent, happier when Edward was in primer, and overjoyed when they and Percy witnessed Edward's completion. The model is also incredible.

So I have a question, what happens to the parts of the marklin that don’t get used? like the extra wheels the other half of the chassis, valve gear, and shell do you recycle them or discard them?

A lot of parts are used on things, like the br55 cylinder is used on the crane seen in flying kipper, other parts like the main engine bodies are usually just tossed aside and or scrapped
