Heads up, disconnect the battery first to make sure the airbags don't go off.

I found that a paper clip broken in half so that it makes a j shape works best for removing the Headlight knob, you just put the curved tip into the slit then slide it forward and up.

Thank you very much, iv been removing a lot of interior panels to paint the color of my yellow mustang. Im sure some will love and some will hate. My car and all the black seems too boring for me so as long as im happy. This is all thats left.

you should disconnect the battery everytime you work on electrical stuff

You don't have to take the bottom two gold screws out, unless you are planning to actually take the cluster apart.

I just changed my bulbs in my cluster but my 03 GT only had 4 screws holding the cluster in.

Kenny I just bought a 99 mustang GT and the head ligth knob doesn't have where to introduce the flat screw driver, what would you suggest? is there any othher way to remove the knob. Best RGS
