1.Gaurav Gogai; opposition MP has correctly quoted four Acts in support of his arguments in the Lok Sabha.However, the VIP BJP'ians(Modi, Amit Shah & Nirmala)are having zero knowledge on the Acts/Laws & the Constitution of India. 2.The BJP is encouraging corporates by awarding contracts to them & looting citizens Tax Money indirectly in the forms of bribes & donations in the form of Electoral Bonds(EBs in short). 3.Though some of the middle class income groups are not covered under the Income Tax Net, they are paying GST on all the daily consumables including GST on domestic LPG cylinders. However, levying 18% GST on commercial rented shops is another burden to the citizens. After commercial taxes being imposed on owners, how could 18% GST be levied on rented shops from the tenant shopkeepers? 4.Once Excise duties levied at raw materials stage & Toll taxes paid by the Goods transporters, what is the necessity of GST on daily consumables ? 5.GST is deemed as double taxation on the goods after the excise duty at the raw materials stage & that too after toll taxes for the transportation of the finished product of the goods. 6.Only common people especially under middle income groups are the ultimate sufferers. 7.Only in the schools rhymes are being taught to the children to enhance the vocabulary & retain the memory power in their tiny brain. 8.The PM-Modi is under the impression that the citizens are like children, therefore, he is adopting the rhyme techniques & cheating the citizens with rhyming speeches that struck in his mind during the Election campaign.
