I thought I m the only one suffering with this problem of overthinking, over excited and making hella silliest mistakes at the cost of 6-7 marks mostly in every exam that i end up regretting for weeks and never able to come up to the solution coz i get stuck into this cycle of repeat and regret , its really depressing and demotivating for me coz despite of hard work I end up losing marks but I think this is the common problem even for serious students ( and I count myself one of them) which mostly every student sitting for that competitive exam goes through No matter how well you're prepared some marks are meant to loose via silly mistakes after excluding these marks we need to channelize our preparation coz this is the point from where actual competition starts !!
