Hello sir I watched your 16 month time table video for upsc cse 1 month ago and I found that video very helpful for me but after 2 days I got slip disc issue in my low back So my Dr. Strictly advise me to not sit or walk even for a single minute currently I am on totally bed rest in lying position So i just want to ask you that how can I study for cse 2024 exam because it's already late for me and my health problem is going to resolve in 3 to 4 months approx. I have also been through the same problem and I just want to tell you that take some time off and be positive about slip disc...Because during this time your mental state is very much important and will really affect your recovery period... Read some good books while this rest period....After a month or so do light walking and stretching exercises....You will be good to go...Best of luck...
