Very very bad service i have ever seen in my life Staaf iss soo irritating n misbehaving service is very bad its so bad experience to be in that hotel I have never seen such bad behavior by hotel staaf

Very rude owner and the staff is very arrogant too. They are treating customers like dog and only well groomed english speaking customers are welcome. Even if they are making the best Mutton their arrogance will make them drop out of service very soon. I tried them this weekend went with my takeaway gear and they charged me Rs 30 per parcel which was horrible beahviour. And the owner was standing at counter as if he is the only one making Black Mutton. Will try other joints here onwards

First of all Is this the same branch in Panhala you visited also the person who is cooking in kitchen we met is the owner and he cooks too. This is their newly open branch so when we visited there was hardly 2 staff. Frankly speaking sir we didn’t get such experience Infact they were too busy to attend any customer because of shortage of manpower. When we visited there for lunch the restaurant was vacant by the time we finished our lunch it was much crowded and there were queue outside. Overall we had Good Experience About Food Ambience and Service 😊 Thank you 🙏
