Very beautiful. Mumbai must've been so beautiful abt 100-200yr back, when there were no settlements really. Smart brits knew which places to choose!! Even now, some of the satellite places to Mumbai are so good.

Very difficult to shoot while climbing.....it is heard many tracker s have been killed while climbing Balekilla(means upper fort) . even the bodies such victims were difficult to retrieve..... good information also given.. Thanks to the young man Gautam....

Great Job Bro for capturing this thrilling journey on cam as I had visited and cross this journey 35 years back which reminded my youthful days. In those days 2 person was sitting on both end to help and u had to walk on this pipe. Further ahead there was a Huge Iron Chain(Saankal) hanging to climb upstairs to make you reach on top. Not Advisable now to climb without protection. On the top you will find big square shape Ponds for water saving and enough space to play a cricket match. Also next to its thumb shape mountain peak is visible with a flag. You have not uploaded second part of this journey. Waiting to see the remaining journey and the view of the peak which will definitely amaze the viewers.

This Mountain visible from my Building terrace. It's about 20 KM far from my place but it's too High that I can see this Mountain clearly from my Place. Actual name of this place is Sri Maland gad which Hindus usually take. Muslim call it Haji Malang. All the surrounding areas of Mumbai r Mountainous. Even Mumbai have many Mountains and Jungles inside city

Ropeway or lift is being planned, but the local residents who own food/juice stalls on the community climbing stretch(with regular stone staires ) some how stall the project. .
