Ginataang Kuhol
Ingredients:
Common Snail (kuhol)1 kilo
Coconut cream 2 cups
Onion 1 pc medium (sliced)
Garlic 5 cloves (minced)
Ginger 30g (sliced)
Green chili 4pcs
Salt and pepper to taste
Msg or seasoning (optional)
Cooking oil 2 tbsp
Gin or cooking wine 2 tbsp
Procedure:
* Clean snail by puting salt at shake it using 2 equal size bowl or caserole with lid and rinse with running water. Do this twice.
* Cut the end part of the shell using kitchen scissor
* On a preheated pan at high heat setting saute onions, ginger, and garlic then pour some gin then add snail.Continue mixing for 2 minutes then pour coconut cream ,let it boil and simmer for 10 minutes.
* Add green chili, salt and peper and your available seasoning cook for another 10 minutes then turn off heat and serve it hot.
