As someone who literally works as custodial service for an office building, I can boldly proclaim that the women's bathrooms are _much_ filthier, nastier, and have a much worse stench than the men's bathrooms. The (sometimes literal) sh*t that I've had to deal with is ridiculous. We once had one of the security guards shove bloody pant*u (don't want comment bot to get after me) in one of the feminine hygiene disposal waste containers (the stench made me want to throw up). She also did it again, only the next time in the open trash can directly underneath the automatic paper towel dispenser. Only thing worse than that was the time when I was cleaning and I kid you not, it turned out one woman left *_FRESH_* crap covered toilet paper in the feminine hygiene disposal waste container, and I got an unintentional whiff of it at point-blank range. Before I even knew what was going on, the smell almost literally knocked me out. I really wish that I was exaggerating even a little.

Yeah mens toilet from my experience have just garbage written all over it, maybe even carved in with a knife. Sometimes it isn't flushed or it's clogged with some pee sprinkles on the floor but some of the stuff in womens toilets makes you think they had a war in there. My best guess is that urinals help a lot with that because you are in and out quickly, they are relatively easy to clean even if still pretty nasty. Additionaly women have their period to deal with so I get why there can be a bit of blood sometimes but how did you get it on the wall above my head?

I worked as a dishwasher at a diner at a stop for truckers for nearly a year. Cleaning the restrooms in the morning was part of the job. The men's room could be messy at times, but the worst it ever got was unused toilet paper littering the floor. The women's restroom, meanwhile, was frequently a disaster. The toilet seats, at the best of times, had crap marks on them. The room regularly smelled. I would occasionally find blood in places. And some areas which had no business getting dirty wound up getting covered in feces. It always surprised me to see that, largely because I had a mother and sister who were nowhere near as bad.

As someone who was punished with other school mates 2 times and was told to clean both men's and women's comfort rooms after school with supervision so that I don't run away, I can confirm that the female's comfort rooms is WAY WAY WORSE than the males'. The smell of ammonia just explodes when you enter, mirrors are full of make up stuff and things I don't know about, too much garbage on the toilet, one of them full of shit which isn't even flushed and then some rotten fruit left on the sink with mold forming. Meanwhile, our comfort place would be just some pee drops before the toilet or urinal after peeing, some used tissues that just missed the trash bin, and snot on the mirror. And yes, the worst thing I can confirm that I've seen on a men's comfort room was someone shitting on the urinals lmao

Used to worked security. Occasionally and by that I mean everytime there was an intermission. The toilets would be filled up and quickly lines would form (200 toilets for 10k+ ppl go figure). And inevitably women will notice the men don't take as much time in the bath room and sneak in there (we don't actually give a shit-but you know as security I have to attempt stopping them). Was a housekeeper at 19 and every girl only bathroom in each house I went to was worse than the boys only. One lady always left dirty tampons in the bathroom trash each time we came to clean. My coworker (female) literally noticed a couple months later and never allowed, for my sake, me to touch that trash bin again. I also was a casino evs/janitor and whenever I had to clean the women’s restroom in the few places where we had to (men and women staff did both if solo) clean the lesser used restrooms, it was always dirtier than the mens. Women generally have less patience waiting for male staff to clean the restroom and even sometimes went inside the mens room to go. Men always waited on female staff to finish the mens room and never went the other way.

I've done janitorial work for about 15 years now. I can tell you that 90% of women's bathrooms smell like that. Some don't, but its either being cleaned very often, or there's another scent masking it. The smell probably comes from used discarded feminine hygiene products, like pads and tampons. More specifically, the blood and other fluids on them. I can get even worse if the bathroom is fairly warm or hot. Hope that clears things up.

As a girl I can confirm, period blood smells. I mean, they're discarded monthly blood. It's a strong smell, especially if it's been out for awhile. I dunno how it's like with tampons though, since the majority of Indonesians here use pads where you can roll the pad of blood up and roll it again with tissue or put it in a small plastic bag before dumping it in the sanitary box or trash can if that isn't available. Some women even go so far as washing the blood off the pad into the toilet first, before rolling & throwing it. And I can confirm that sometimes girls forget about the pads they wanna discard in the bathroom during shower when the trash can is outside. Yeah, ask god why we gotta live with this. Hahah

Yeah, I used to work at a Fast food place, and quickly found out how the girls’ washrooms were somehow more nastier than the boys’ washrooms for some reason. Man, I've always thought it stupid that we had bathrooms seperated by gender. There is virtually no difference, why the split? After this clip, and the comments bellow, as a guy, I'm glad we have seperated bathrooms.

The worst part of my bathroom was urine around the toilet, which I discovered with the help of a black light. It was everywhere. Inside of the lid, under the toilet seat, outside of the toilet bowl, on the floor, the wall, the side of the bath tub. I've since started sitting down to pee. Call me what you will. Y'all can keep splattering your bathroom with invisible ink while I have a clean toilet. Second worst areas were the light switches, not surprisingly.

When I was in high school, we had an all-school field trip, and some of us seniors were driving independently and got back to the school before anyone else. I think that's what happened, approximately, I don't remember the exact details. Anyway, the point is, there was a brief period where we were at the school without any teachers. So of course, the first thing my fellow students (not me) did was, the boys all went into the girls' bathroom and the girls all went into the boys' bathroom. Then there was a general agreement that the girls' bathroom was more disgusting.

Yeah it was surprising to me. I worked in a movie theater, and I didn't clean the women's bathrooms often (only when there were no ladies working), but they were consistently worse than the men's bathroom. Nothing was worst then the family (the private ones for changing babies where you can lock the door and such). I think it was because there was privacy in the family rooms so jerks felt more confident trashing the place.

I used to do internet tech support at Convergys in Hazelwood MO. Worst bathroom I ever used. The floor by the urinals was always sticky like I was walking on a duct tape floor with the sticky side up. And the place always smelled like piss.

The water was off at my workplace many years ago and one of the first bathrooms you had to pass to get outside was the women's. And Good Lord, I cannot describe to you the SMELL that came from there that fumigated the entire area cause the toilets couldn't flush. I felt I was gonna puke and I never do that.

Never any issues with my male cousins though. Men's bathrooms: property damage, graffiti, puddles, biological waste on the seat Women's bathrooms: biological contamination on soap dispenser, hand sanitizer, paper towels, mirrors, walls, floor, seat, and flusher, used feminine hygiene products on floor next to trash and in the toilet, stolen property, used contraceptives both broken and filled, used razors and hair all over the floor and sink. In all my times in retail, I dreaded cleaning the woman's restroom. With men's at least the most I had to clean up was with a rag and gloves. The fact that we had to close the women's restroom because of how awful it got is very disappointing.

Because she knows . lol even if you keep it clean there's time keeping it clean won't just do because the stench of period blood that emits from used sanitary pads in the trash. Especially with 3 other sisters all who share menstrual cycle in different weeks lol. To most women it doesn't bother them because they're used to it in all fairness.

Probably trying to throw cigarettes away in a trash can full of toilet paper without snuffing them, my school had a few cases like that because the place had a student smoking problem at the time.

I work at a grocery store, and while the men's rooms can be nasty at times, I've had some of the gals I've worked with tell me how much WORSE their bathrooms are. One told me she tries to use the men's room sometimes if the women's rooms are particularly nasty that day.

I worked at McDonald's for 2 years, the few times I had to clean the bathrooms I didn't notice much difference. But I also grew up with 3 older sisters that were the biggest slobs I've ever met. And I'm late 20's, I've met a lot of people.
