It can't be that nonsensical if it makes complete sense to me lmfao. I was born in Japan and the intention couldn't be more obvious, european men dress and act in ways that are considered way more flamboyant or effeminate in America. Like the fashion stuff, the socks, shoes were mentioned, skirt & purse thing, kissing men & women on both cheeks, wearing perfume, playing sports with minimal contact and tight clothes but tons of flopping and acting, the demeanor & supposed smugness of Europeans was mentioned in the song, and even having "fancy" or "exotic" sounding accents (like how german accents instantly make everyone sound like they have multiple PhDs in particle physics or how spanish accents sound very sultry from being a romance language, etc)
