Hiya SS x thank you so much x the key is to control insulin within the body x don’t blame the fat for the sugar did x I predominantly eat fat meat cream eggs , by not mixing them with anything going to spike insulin you move over from burning glycogen to burning ketones x it’s a much healthier and better way to be x he just goes against everything that we’ve been taught
