He actually says in the video he doesn't care about you filming plus you are filming for your own protection as he was in a very aggressive mode. All you have to do is look up auditing channels they video in public all the time 👍

@GraveVisitations I spoke with the police officer yesterday in Gala Shields and locked it as an incident. He actually wanted me to press charges for assault after watching the video. He also said that he’d experienced problems with particular drivers on Border Buses completely supportive but after the grotty email she sent me on the afternoon I’m going to make a point in a stand, and I’m going to press charges

Dont know where to start (btw, its ken from kensukadventures, my old channel was deleted by youtube, as I copy pasted the same response to bigots supporting Rowling a few times and they said it was deceptive spam). First of all, sorry this happened to you, disgusting behaviour from the driver and the company itself by the sounds of it. Secondly, I would say this upload would can easily be said to be in the public interest, so OK GDPR wise, after all the public have a right to know how a company behaves not only its drivers but its management when they receive a serious complaint like this. Not telling you the outcome is acceptable as it could breach GDPR if for example he was fired, but its a rubbish move, they should have given a full apology and some form of compensation and assurance it will never happen again from that driver. Any updates since this video?

Police charged him with assault, not seen him on the x62 for many weeks now thankfully, I was told I may have to go to court, but I’m hoping the incident is sorted, the manager of the bus company could have dealt with this without the police involvement. So pleased I captured this I never leave the house without my camera x

Just spoke with a lovely police officer whom wanted me to report an assault but I logged it as an incident, I spoke with Sharon Morrison of border buses whom could have smoothed things over but expressed she and the team were highly concerned I was filming the video was private up until that point but I need to remind them of the law we don’t live in a communist country we live in a free democracy! So I decided to make the video live to make a point, but like the officer told me if they try and escalate it or I get future nonsensical behaviour from the drivers I’ll press charges of assault

Medical problems I have gave this individual conductor a mistaken belief that he could give me his full & vile venomous outbursts bit thankfully on one journey there was an off duty police officer that held him to account. The operating company he worked for could not have done enough for me after that to apologise

Disgusting behaviour on all levels from him! He doesn't seem to be able to control himself when confronted either. You could see that there was younger people on that bus as the young lad behind him didn't look comfortable with what was going on. I know a lot of youngsters do swear but not to that extent on Public transport! They probably don't have enough drivers to be able to Sack him and have to keep letting him get away with it. This type of behaviour has to be nipped in the bud or people will think they can all treat each other in this appalling manor. Maybe he needs to be sent on a Course about interacting with the General Public if he want's to work in this sector of employment. Don't let these Nasty individuals effect how you feel. Thanks Jenni x I was hoping border buses had dealt with the issue when I brought it up with them in May as I’ve not had any issues with clipping my bike in since but from his behaviour and attitude I fear not, the police officer did tell me they’ve had multiple complaints regarding border bus drivers including a family member of the officer, the attitude of Sharon Morrison whom had the opportunity to smooth it out with me before I made the video public but chose to threaten me with the police for filming ( I have the video of the phone conversation ) saying the team is highly concerned with me filming the drivers, I reminded her about the law and my lawful right to gain evidence in an incident but zero apologies and spun it onto me saying I was unlawful for making the video which I expect is highly embarrassing for border buses x she had the opportunity to make amends the video was unlisted but her attitude forced my decision to make it public x which I have absolutely no regrets x

@@XhristinaMacey If you go out in Public you expose yourself to being filmed all the time and for a Driver who is working in connection with the Public he should always be being filmed anyway with the Bus cameras. If he can't cope with all different members of the Public then he shouldn't work in any sector that brings him in contact with people. Thank goodness you can get around on your bike, some people rely on public transport to travel around and have to see and put up with his and others awful behaviour X

He needs to be taken off driving duties and re-trained before being allowed to continue in his job....I don't think his managers will be very happy with his behaviour here, especially the swearing in front of other passengers.
