How about the opposite, some bad rep that pretends to be good? In Cyberpunk 2077, trans people are often used for shock factor in advertising, the lesbian romantic interest is blatantly made for the male gaze, and the gay romantic interest is a tired hedonistic stereotype who is 70 years older than the protagonist, and is confirmed bi in canon, but only interested in the male player as he can "act out his fantasies" with the ghost in your head, as said by the creators. Transphobia, homophobia and bi erasure all in one!

Oof, that sounds rough. I'll def check it out. I may do a video sometime on bad representation, I actually cut a few examples from this vid because they felt so out of place but there's definitely enough out there to make a video on.

Yeah, Persona 5's portrayal of homosexuality isn't just limited, but I find it pretty negative. It's been awhile since I played, but I recall a couple of flamingly gay dudes and I don't think it was being done in an endearing way. Great video! Just try to get some better lighting for your set. Also your hair is fabulous.

bugsnax actually ALSO has a trans character!! floofty canonically uses they/them, so they're almost definitely nonbinary (or agender). felt really good to see myself represented in media for once
