Gaza War: Israeli army takes journalists on Rafah visit; destruction, tunnel shaft captured on cam

The Israeli army took journalists on a visit to Gaza on Wednesday (July 3), driving along the southern border area with Egypt and showing a tunnel shaft uncovered in Rafah. Israeli military chief spokesperson, Rear Admiral Daniel Hagari, who accompanied the journalists, stood next to a tunnel shaft which he said was part of a network of tunnels built by Hamas in civilian areas and proximity to the Egyptian border. Hagari said the tunnels were used by Hamas to smuggle weapons into Gaza and store them, to fire mortars and rockets at Israel, and to allow cover for militants in hostile activities against Israel. He said the army would destroy those elements. Rafah, the southernmost city in Gaza, has been the focus of an Israeli assault since May. The operation has displaced some 800,000 Palestinians from Rafah, as estimated by the UN.

Thriving markets, seaside resort, zoo, luxury apartments for those who could afford it, a zoo, a university. U r Wrong. Gaza govt did not drop permanent ceasefire condition. Before, Gaza govt demanded permanent ceasefire On first phase itself. Now , Gaza govt accepted this demand in second phase. America accepted this adjustment. ( Israeeel didn't say anything about this). This is the change. Gaza govt never dropped it's permanent ceasefire condition.

1.) Gaza is the Palestinian People's territory. The Palestinian People can do subsurface their territory whatever they want. 2.) Egyt can do subsurface it's territory whatever it wants. 3.) Gaza and Egypt are neighbours. 4.) Gaza is occupied by Israel. The Palestinian People are allowed to get rid of their occupier. 5.) Gaza's occupying force is supported with external weapons by air and sea by various supplieres. 6.) The occupied Palestinian People are, supposedly, supported with external weapons via subsurface routes. Result: Tunnels' correct.
