Israel Used “US-Made JDAM Bombs” To Kill Commander Deif | Netanyahu Alleges “Cracks” Within Hamas

Israeli forces used deadly US-supplied bombs to attack the Al-Mawasi camp of Khan Younis, killing at least 90 people on July 13, Maariv news reported. Israeli Army Radio reported that the Israeli Air Force dropped eight JDAM guided bombs in the attack, resulting in 390 Palestinians being either killed or injured. The Joint Direct Attack Munition (JDAM) are kits that are attached to Mark 80 series bombs, which turn the dumb bomb into a precision munition. Israel targeted Hamas’s military chief Mohammed Deif in the deadly attack on the Al-Mawasi camp in Khan Younis on July 13. However, Israeli PM Benjamin Netanyahu said he was not yet “absolutely certain” whether the attack had achieved its declared aim of killing Deif. Meanwhile, A top Hamas official said "Commander Mohammed Deif is well and directly overseeing" the operations of the Hamas military wing, AFP reported.
