It doesn't sound very serious with the bad jokes every 30 seconds. Maybe it's a cultural thing, but why in the USA is relevant to make pointless comments several times per minute? Decreases the focus of the main topic and becomes energy consuming for both the presenter and the audience. It also looks unprofessional.
