As a parent that has lost a son in a tragic accident…… it brings me to my knees every time. Only Dimash can emote with his vocals how my heart cries out with the loss of my son I still feel 20 years ago….. this is so great for me as I am autistic and cannot express (verbally out loud) how I feel. It’s a horrible thing to keep trapped inside. Dimash is the only thing I have found that accurately “describes” my feelings. I know it sounds crazy, but I listen to his music just to help me let things out and let them go. 💔💕🙏🏼

Han Hong later adopted the boy. The accident was in a place famous for its waterfalls hence the waterspouts behind him. After this performance there was a little smirk on his face. He knew he had nailed it. He also performed it on The Singer 2017, but that day he was ill. Had to go tho the hospital to get injections, doctor warning him not to sing high notes. He somehow got through it and then lost his voice another time.

Thank you for reading the backstory first. Often reactors don't do that and then they don't get the full feel of this song. Dimash puts his whole heart into it. I can feel the desperation of the little child as he reaches in terror for his parents but can't find them. I recommend Qairan Elim, Dimash's prayer for his country and the world in an amazing music video which he co-produced. I believe the version from his KZbin Chanel has English subtitles though not for the historical background part of the video that comes at the beginning. All the best from Canada!

He heard it when he was 10 years old and it touched him deeply. Please watch his first performance on the singer but watch the one by Gloria Wu story behind daybreak. He lost his voice and went to hospital the day before performance. Bastau performance is beautiful but I feel like the original is more heartfelt and emotional. Thank you for your reaction. Yes, this is a heartbreaking, very tragic song in itself, and in Dimash's passionate performance it is impossible to listen to it without tears... thank you for your high appreciation! I listened to a few of your songs, they are no less passionate and do not require much talent to sing like that... and yet, I am not a fan of "heavy metal", I liked it! I'm waiting for a reaction to Dimash offering a performance in 2016 at the Bolshoi Opera competition in Moscow in a duet with Kazakh opera singer Sundet Baigozhin with the song Notre Dame de Paris. Dimash just provided the company. This was before the Chinese Singer, before his worldwide fame. Да, это душераздирающая, очень трагичная песня сама по себе, а в страстном исполнении Димаша её невозможно слушать без слез... спасибо за Вашу высокую оценку! Я послушала несколько Ваших песен, они не менее страстной и требуют таланта и умения так петь... и хоть я не поклонница "тяжелого металла", мне понравилось! I haven’t seen anyone, ever, pour such emotion and passion into a song like Dimash did with this, unreal. He did sing this on the singer show but lost his voice the night before and had to go to the hospital, he sang it amazingly but not as good as this. The lady who wrote this song ended up adopting the small boy, so at least it had a happy ending. Can you plz react to opera 2, you will have your mind blown, even on you tube the title is the best singer in the world, everyone is gobsmacked who do react to it or unforgettable day live at gakku to hear dimashs amazing highest note so far, I say so far cause Dimash always beats his own records, but it’s a beautiful D8 note, being a singer you’ll know how high that is, it’s not even on a piano, Mariah Carey couldn’t even reach it
