This is genuinely the most interesting What-If scenario featuring alternate versions of Zero. Zero.exe is the only version of the character who got a golden ending, gaining his independence and free will after he was given a chance to live. He still struggled and was basically on a crash course with the OG Timeline's destiny of causing a digital plague that ruins the world, but unlike in the OG Timeline, Zero.exe was aides by humans of all things and the calamity was averted. (Almost makes you think if humans were more involved in the OG Timeline none of the tragedy would have happened.) Zero.exe basically becomes the ultimate enforcer of justice that Sigma thought Zero would be before his encounter with Dr. Wily, and even though he lacks the experience OG Zero has, he has a completely different perspective that OG Zero never got to experience. The talks the two would have, man, they would have been hella interesting.

If ya want to get real technical with the parallel/alt quantum timelines. On the Command Mission where the 22XX era took place! There's a nexus point between the Red Alert & Jacob Elevator events...without the whole Elf Wars stuff happening & Sigma on the CM timeline is straight up absent to borderline mysteriously disappear as if he finally ran out of juice. Yeah Zero gets mad at X for bringing random dregs of the Giga City because of Shadow spoilers behold. But at least both X & Zero got the best scenario where their friends are alive & well. No Sigma no Weil. Man ya right. Zero.EXE & Zeros...? That'd be crazy! Although we gotta see the Rockman X Dive take on the Zero.EXE!
