It's a Glock&Wesson M&P19. If you're an instructor, or just want a cheap gun friends can use at the range instead of your Sig, it's a pretty good firearm for under $300.

Good to see that Graham knows why this gun and some others like the Canik may stovepipe with light ammo. Some reviewers give these guns a bad review because of it. They are designed for NATO ammo. Canik sent me a lighter spring at no charge.

Hold the gun firmly and light bulles. Used heavier bullet head 124 grains.

I've run 500 rounds through my MC28 - 150 factory (American Eagle 115gr) and 350 of my 124 grain reloads. It has functioned flawlessly. Personally I really like the fit and feel in my hand - that is why I purchased the pistol - as soon as I picked it up I felt I wanted to buy it. I have a large to X-Large hand but use the smallest backstrap option. I like the trigger; it has a short, tactile and audible reset (better than the pre-Pro M&Ps). It's accuracy is on par with my Glock 17 (my other pistols are all hammer fired so I don't mention them). You don't state how many rounds you have put through your test pistol or if there were any functioning issues. It would be very useful to know how to strip down the slide to be able to clean the firing pin channel - have you guys figured that out? Anyway, thanks for a good video.

Only people who ive seen have the issue of it not locking to the rear is because there thumb is riding against the lock and preventing it from engaging.

I see that only happened to her. I think is just about grip and strength. I never had an issue with this one or my Glock 19. However, my wife always gets the same malfunction while shooting 115 gr.

Those light loads will do it to a 9mm all day bruh. The manual probably states use 115grain ammo only.

This is kinda off topic to this particular video, but I checked out zenith arms website after your first Girsan video, and ended up buying one of Girsan's semi shotguns. By far one of my best bargain buys. I bought the mc3512 with a 30 inch barrel in mossy oak for $309. Not a single problem after close to 300 rds with a variety of ammo. Next purchase is gonna be one of their pistols

Her technique obviously works for her and I'm sure she could out shoot me easily but she might get rid of some of the reliability issues if she gripped up higher on the gun

Good 1911 build quality, however extra parts from the manufacture are not available for my 4.25inch 9mm. Thats a problem! has anyone found a match on part from another manufacture?

Bryan Oliver there more so like a M&P than the SD atleast that's speaking on the 4.25 some of the parts on the old M&P models are actually exchangeable With the MC-28 4.25

Don't waste your money. It comes with one magazine. Currently as of 5/12/22 there are no mags available in the US...NONE.

CZ75 mags work too, with modifications. You have to dremel out the bottom of the mag catch notch. It's kinda weird that in the US it's hard to get mags, up here in Canada they're pretty plentiful.

OK thanks, I wish I could get a thinner one for my Canik TP9SF because the thinnest is not good enough for my hands or I should just get rid of the gun. Since its so popular, I would think they would make one but so far I haven't found one.

buy a tuarus pt111 g2 gun functions way better than this i have fired numerous typs and brands never had an issue with any of them over 4000 rounds and not 1 jam or malfunctions and its cheaper

You got a good one. My PT111 G2 locked up after 50 rounds. Taurus (at the time, they have changed warranties twice since then) would not do anything about it. I ended up spending even more money to get a quality recoil system for it.

Fired about 2500 rounds without any trouble whatsoever.lady just send them an email and ask them for a subcompact version.seems you have tiny hands.how about you get yourself a 6.35 instead.you will never struggle to hit that mag release ever again
