Boston Public Radio's last Ask The Governor with Charlie Baker featured a lot of surprises

I'm so glad that they filmed this! It was really nice to see and hear. He has been a really good governor. I wish that he would run for higher office, but Baker has frequently said no, which is too bad. He's a real Republican and there are so few of them left.

being a Democrat in Boston and never voted GOP..Gov. Baker I thought you were a great Gov. I watched all your press conferences during covid and you did a great job. I wish you the best

Hey Charlie how about bigger wages in human services how about putting rent control back you did not do a job well done for suffering people in Massachusetts

Rent control only helps the perpetually lazy. It makes it even rougher for newcomers and people who need to move to a larger space (like having kids) or new neighborhood. It raises rents in the long run and further implements gentrification.
