Is your a BNF or a RTF? One common trick that will help with both of them is to hold the radio at least 6 feet away from the quadcopter. Also, is the radio a Spektrum radio?

The Nihui U807 is so quite you can't hear it at night unless you power bank it in a turn.... and it's dirt cheep with good motors, lights, and performance in 10-20 mph wind... but there are some design advantages here (much better motor cooling) causing the noise with using horizontal motor placement and with the U807 being discontinued we need a new and better true hobby grade geared quad as the longer flight times are worth the trade offs in slower prop rotation for certain applications and I personally like the light disk loading of a geared quad.... feels more like a real helicopter that experiences a noticeable level of translational lift in effect. A super lightweight 2S brush-less geared quad with 12-14 min flight times would be a lot of fun and 1306 brushless motors only weigh 1.5g more than stock DC brushed motors and 1106's about the same so it's just getting the parts in balance where coming up with a lighter weight and slower spinning geared prop on par with newer generation Gemfans is the hard part.

Thanks for the review. I am thinking about getting this quad. but I may opt for the RTF. I have a dx6i and I have tons of planes but I'm really interested in getting a stable flying quad with a camera. The latest one they have looks like it comes with a camera. I really want to get something to use when I go somewhere scenic I can break out and get a bit of aerial photo/video.

I got this quad a while ago. It's easy to fly and flies great. I need to get some replacement batteries for it. Only downside is the camera is not so great.

What do u think about how u have to put the little card in and out i looked at another video and that was a main concern of that dude that flies the Zeyroc and what is binding

+Rawlin Jernigan This is easy to fly and setup actually. Binding just means connecting this to the radio so you can fly it.

My guess is you hold down the left stick as you plug in the battery, but I have never used that radio before. Be sure the stick it straight up and down and it makes a click sound as you depress it. DO NOT pull the stick straight back towards you. You will have to use your thumb to depress it down into the radio. This looks like a more advanced version of the radio that came with my Hobbyzone Champ. Good luck and let me know how it goes! :)

My dx6 has stopped working im gutted love this radio, the screen just fashes when i switch it on.Its over a year old so no garantee,how yours holding out.

I purchased a Dromida Battery Vista UAV LiPo 1S 3.7V 850mAh DIDP1105 battery, works great, and fits in the gap, I use a tiny piece of Velcro to hold in on the unit. Its run time 8 min.

+Full Metal Heli Yes sir! :D I figured the yaw and pitch would be good outdoors, but not to the degree it is. I figured it would be like my Dromida Vista, but I had no idea this was going to fly like it does, though the Vista is very solid for a RTF quad. I crashed it a couple of times too with no damage at all. Which mode is horizon mode and how do you do auto flips? Have you been able to do aileron rolls with it?

I flew this thing, in 15+ MPH winds awesome? More stable than the Alias in strong winds.

+GBLynden It looks like it can do 10 meters a second 36km. Wind don't mean jack if you fly it like your yachting and tack. This is a tricked I picked up for flying inside flyers out side.

Hobby Zone sent me a used one that was a return, Box seal was already cut, No manual and 3 Stripped Gears right out of the box, and more less said tough stuff when I called - yea they suck and needless to say it doesn't fly ether, So the Quad with a copy machine name Sucks!
