Perhaps the way forward would be for EVERY MP to HAVE to spend 1 day a week out with front line police officers wearing in equipment half a police station on their body but expected to run at the same speed as criminals with nothing. For the Southport tweeters, those who spread "misinformation" (of which we now know some was accurate) that led to angry protests were sent to prison, so surely the same standard should be applied to those that condemned Kaba and incited angry protests? Perversely, some of those telling the truth were jailed and those telling lies walk free. For the record, those that undertook violent acts, especially against the police, deserve appropriate jail sentences. Peaceful protest is more effective and would have denied Starmer the ability to denounce them.....not that he denounced the BLM rioters and instead took the knee.
