I agree. Some believe that, at 15, she was just a child - and to some extent that is a valid point. However, we're not looking at a child who was caught up in, say, a group who were systematically burgling homes or stealing cars. This is a child who was attracted to a group who were treating other human beings in the most barbaric fashion: beheading them, burning them alive, drowning them, throwing them off of buildings etc. She knew what they were and left her family and country to join them, and to my mind that should raise a huge red flag. We are told that one of the signs of abnormal psychology in a child is cruelty towards animals. Wanting to join an organisation whose ideology includes cruelty towards human beings is, in my view, beyond alarming.

@@janeblog1900 She had a daughter first then 11 months later had her first son. He passed away with starvation. She couldn't breastfeed him. Then her daughter passed with exactly the same. Her second son passed with an infection in his lungs. It was on BBC tonight, 9 till 10 30. My heart breaks for those poor babies. 💔 They didn't ask to be born to those parent's. Her husband wants to be with her but that will never happen either. She only married him to get out of the house she was living in. But he was in jail for 5 month's at the start of their marriage. He was definitely one who thought woman was there to take orders from their husbands. She will never be allowed to come back to Britain again.

he is very suspicious with his personal remarks and unprofessional for chatting with her in private and then using her confessions and vulnerability against her. no clear explanation to me or any evidence provided to justify his personal remarks against her. he used her, then turned against her. it makes me wonder what else had happened between them. he is very strange in his behaviour. he said that 'he knows her the best, she is this and that', the remark about the children was her answer to calm him after he said that it upset him and we don't actually see the whole exchange of messages on that topic. why he replied to her 'you can always text me' if he didn't agree with her comments about the children and other comments.? he hugged her but then regretted doing so, he went there with a predetermined mind that she is not worthy, after he got his interviews, he threw her to the bin. this man is not nice at all, no real journalist speaks like that, being so personal and vocal about her being a narcissist, evil as if he wishes her to die. where does this personal opinion come from? how does he back up his statements? a 15 was groomed and this is the result. other much older get to be groomed too and even adults are groomed by cons. everything is possible. if he has a daughter of her age where is his understanding and his compassion? In the netflix documentary she and her husband said the first two children died of malnutrition. The husband seemed sad about the children passing away but she seemed indifferent . That claim really shows nothing that comes out of that man's mouth can be trusted. The first two kids died of malnutrition when it became clear Raqqa was about to fall to the US-led coalition and they were forced to flee the city. And frankly what that guy did, to befriend her, to cash in on her infamy, only to betray her publicly in this way is disgusting. I've watched a documentary about her that showed actual interviews with her--rather than interviews with third parties--and she struck me as very honest, not at all manipulative. Yes, she withholds certain pieces of information, but her citizenship was on the line, so of course she would filter her story. Also, she probably learnt not to run her mouth from being betrayed by journalists like this guy. As for her lack of emotion, it's definitely the result of trauma. That guy likes to portray himself as morally superior, but he obviously has no empathy for people who experienced severe trauma. Trauma can break people. Life is not black and white. The majority of people are so simple-minded, from having an easy life no doubt, they have no understanding of human nature. I don't think Shamima is a narcissist. She's just cold and numb from having endured so much.
