Tumelo is so wise, I like how he takes accountability for his actions..he keeps on saying he hasn’t changed it’s who he is he just decide to walk away..may God continue healing him and heal the women he abused..

When listening to Tumelo, the choices of words he uses, how he structures his sentences and his reasoning capacity. He is intellectual and he can go far academically, only if he takes education serious. In short I’m proud of his journey

I think all of us guys need to have these kind of conversations, including women. The is too many layers to this problem, even women grew up seeing violence, either done by their own parents, neighbors, cousins, uncles, aunts etc. Even women ignore lot of red flags, tolerate these behaviors from the beginning, we are all liable to change our communities. Men need to lead these conversations because we are perpetrators.

Just came out of a 10 year relationship with the father of my two boys and currently pregnant with 3rd child and i finally walked away. All my pregnancies were a mess and i went through hell. I am still broken and learning to fight for the sake of my kids. He abused me verbally qnd emotionally first then 4 years into the relationship the physical abuse started.

Well done Tumelo.. I support what you said about taking action of what the government has been preaching. Talking is good, but taking action is what will solve what we are facing. These seeds need to be planted in men today, for them to plant that seed to the little boys. Nothing is impossible. Steps need to be taken, even if its baby steps, as long as we move forward. GBV is a serious pandemic.

Everything spoken by Tumelo is true, all abusers always have a past of a traumatic childhood but it doesn't excuse the behavior because in most cases the abused lives with the scars emotionally and otherwise for the rest of their lives. GBV is a two way street, Tumelo is telling his side and how it all started, what developed it and all. Now his on recovery due to what he went through men don't talk and I don't understand why. Can we look at the ladies who abuse men or women too, how many times do they get called out or get called names when they are seen. Women have also landed a platform to abuse us or men and we don't bother addressing it, it seems like it's okay for them to do so, seems as if we've normalized it. Women are no longer victims but the perpetrators and they know that nothing will happen to them coz they so good to cry victim first. GBV is real but the biggest monster is the one who does things and acts innocent bafazi kwanele
