The story of Josiah was eye opening for me while i was being a prodigal son. When i was reading plutarchs lives it gave a brief overview of something i knew the book of daniel had more info on…. So grabbing my Bible i opened it and landed in 2 chronicles… eyes drawn straight to the beginning of josiahs story and finding the law again and turning back to God. It totally broke me and Ive been doing my best to live for Yeshua ever since. That was almost 4 years ago now. Its funny how God moves, looking back. So thankful for his mercy and grace 🙌🏻

Very good. I hope that more videos on Chronicles will become available. Thank you, Randy. 00:00 Or endured a world-wide pandemic. 45:02 "The thing that you refuse to give God will be the thing around which your life is framed." What an insight to heed. 46:37 "All it takes to take yourself to a place ... that is untouchable is to refuse the gentle hand of a mighty God to tenderize your callous heart." Extension of previous insight.

I know of a Messianic Jewish man who came to know Yeshua HaMashiach through the geneologies. Everything in God's Word is there for His plan nothing more nothing less. However I agree there is more value for most elsewhere in Scripture.

So its what we would call today, A "Bible Study". To help Ezra get his point over to these people to learn that what they are doing has happened before.

shouldn't this be titled one hour, two books? Chronicles has a first book and a second book? That would be two books, not one.

I think it was one book originally, but it was split into two parts due to length
