Why did you prefer to send individual channels to fx channel, insted of send dedicated bus channels?

Eq reverb in the low zone ? Is it not necesary?

It depends on your mix Carlos, not always, but can be used if the samples you use for low end for example have been boosted (because some samples are like that) but some low frequencies can be left to give a bit of leftover 'rumble' to fill the mix too :)
