That is part of the friend refferal program. Goodle The Division 2 Friends Refferal and you will see how to get this. It is quite a pain!!

At what point should you have a group formed? I learned the hard way you cant call for backup once the fight has started. Also if I set things up, can others get credit for it as well or does everyone need to be there as all the steps are completed?

What happens if you kill one hunter and then the other one kills you in the middle of the combat. Can you start over to find the other hunter?

I found somthing interesting on the ground near the residential building safe house in two bridges. I have no idea if it has anything to do with the hunters or if it is just a coincidence.

Love the content guys. BUT HOW THE F*CK DID YOU KNOW HOW TO COMPLETE THE STEPS?? Does the Dev team at Massive tip you guys off or something? Unless there are map indicators (question marks for example) once you interact with that washing machine for the first time, how on earth did you know to go to the garage and pick up the fuse?
