Since this is the last Cognito video I'll ever watch (I have my last two GCSEs tomorrow, physics and geography) I just wanted to say thank you for making such great videos. You've been so great since I made a note of the channel of a video my Year 9 chemistry teacher showed us over two years ago and I honestly don't think I'd be able to cram as well as I have been without these videos to watch. You explain everything so well without over-complicating it and I love the animations, especially the nerve cells in the biology videos. Thank you so much

Hi, sorry guys haven't been on this channel in almost a year, happened to be recommending these videos to Year 11s and felt like checking. Got my 9 and now almost finished AS-Level physics (not as scary as it sounds). Good luck to any current Year 11s! Remember, GCSEs aren't as bad as they feel, I hope you all get through it :)

will I get a high grade in gcse if these videos is the only thing I revise from?
@Cognitoedu5 жыл бұрын
Hi Q, that’s a very good question, and the answer is both yes and no. ‘Yes’ because if you remember and *understand* all the information in these videos, you’ll be able to apply the knowledge and work out the answers to the toughest exam questions (and obviously answer the simpler ones). ‘No’ because we don’t cover practicals at the moment, and you’ll need to score highly in those to get a top grade, and also because the hardest exam questions will ask you to generalise principles you’ve learnt to completely new situations. We do our best to help show you how to think through difficult questions, but ultimately, it depends on the individual whether they draw the right connections between different concepts on the day, to get those top marks :) Good luck with all your work 🙌

@aboodtube39693 жыл бұрын
i think im pretty late but heres what i think. the formula he is using requires momentum, but not mass. we do need to know the mass to find the momentum tho, so if you already know the momentum then you dont need to know the mass but if you dont know the momentum then you do need it
