This match needs more attention. The chemistry between the two was amazing. Nick was only 16 in this as well. GCW can put on the goofiest and the most extreme matches, but they can also put on stellar singles matches with no stipulation.

They need to take that to AEW when Osprey debuts. Im not sure why they make Nic look so weak in AEW, but it is what it is

One of the best matches I've seen in the last few weeks!!Nick Wayne will be a great one if there are no injuries! Only when I saw him for the first time months ago did I think, what kind of child is this! This kid is an excellent wrestler, I wish him success. No need to mention Osprey anymore, he is one of the best on the planet!

@acidsymphony I respect they're working The Patriarchy right now but Nick isn't even wrestling right now. He's been dubbed the prodigy but isn't having a chance to show why. He can clearly work so I don't understand why he's just lurking in the back

@RevJacq nick wayne is incredibly talented but he doesnt have a wrestlers physique yet. It just doesnt seem believable that he could win a match against guys twice his size. Although AEW has small guys winning all the time so then again, why not nick wayne? Well, hes still very young and quite frankly it would be a disservice to nick to put him in a potentially bad situation and nick not knowing any better goes along with it. Does that make any sense or no?

I see him wrestle all the time in the PNW indies. He's still a big-time babyface and the fans love him. The AEW Patriarchy angle is helping his character work more than anything else right now.@@RevJacq

The company/venue is like that. Fete music in Providence, Rhode Island. Beyond Wrestling was the same. It's just how they do things. WXW in Germany started the trend I'm sure.

Will Osprey is not a very good move seller. I've been watching some of his matches, and he doesn't make the sale, not in any of the work I've seen him do. I mean, dude is good, phenomenal moves, lightning quick. BUT, he doesn't sell his opponents finishers, not in any of the matches I've watched. He shouldn't be a world champion if he can't figure out the selling of the moves. He took a low blow, & pretty much continued wrestling like it didn't happen.
