Hi Sir, (5:27) the hole should be place up side down on the primary datum reference. Am I right!?

In this example, the White back ground is the primary datum on which the part will rest first, then butt against the surface plate which is secondary datum, and finally against the vertical plane for tertiary datum. (In this example, you can visualize this view as top view, so it will be easy for you to under stand) Hope, i have clarified your doubt

in 3.38 MMC modifier is applied the the TOP, when the hole size is 9.8 TOP will be 0.7 when the hole size is 10.2 we get 0.4 bonus so TOP will be 1.1
