Successful allotment pay krne k bad kya?home loan khud hi apply krna pdta ya wo GDA wale kra dete? Loan jo authority krti wo parallel to sbi/hdfc typ hi hoti in terms of interest or not? PMAY 2.0 jaisa koi subsidy milega ya ni? Plz update these details too...

After allotment, you can contact us for loan. Dono ke loans different hote hai, GDA me kam time milta hai loan complete karne ke liye! Agar within 60 days full payment karte ho to GDA 5% extra discount bhi karta hai. Yes, you can take benefit of PMAY 2.0 if eligible. 👍

Rate is too much in sidharth vihar n vasundhera also construction is okok- vasundhera price 77lac 4 2bhk n sidharth vihar 54lac 4 2bhk n 66lacs fir 2+1 not looking worth I visited there but very dissatisfied with price n construction.
