Those who work hard are hardly incentivized while those who can work but prefer not to receive Akap and 4Ps from the government. I fear that higher taxes imposed against the middle class in order to afford the government to provide more transfer payments like Yakap and 4Ps will impoverish them to lower class levels. This is possibly the reason why more and more Filipinos have cited themselves as having experienced food poverty or hunger lately.
