Its a switcher in the P&C Docks in Conneaut. You could take a drive up to the the Office Building ("P&C Dock Company" I believe its called on Google Maps) and it may be visible if its sitting outside the shop or it isn't obstructed by any standing structures or ore piles.

@@TexasRailfan21-RailfanRyan well every battery locomotive that has been made has been unsuccessful. I don't think this is going to be successful but I could be wrong. Seems it'll be positioned as mid power where other regular locomotives will be on each end of it.

@@GTRFTrainCinematography I think it is going to fail we've already had an engine made from batteries the genset locomotive no wonder why national railway equipment is going out of business and scrapping all there used engines With the exception of chessie GP30 number 6955 The Cincinnati scenic railroad was able to secure a purchase for the locomotive now were focusing on raising $20,000 to move it to its new home in Ohio Historically 6955 was never converted into a slug

Clayton, I'm pretty sure the batteries in the GECX are charged by plugging in at a waystation and by dynamic braking. If you find anything on this, please send post the link. Thanks.

I live in Hanford CA ( north of Bakersfield CA) and will be on the lookout for this ,BNSF is double track thru the city and will travel via the Techachapi route (UP) to Bakersfield CA and go north,lets see how this loco handle's what mother nature has in store this winter
