Time for WP to take over managing MPTC. My blk the lift c outside my unit is so noisy and the breakdown/repair frequency is so high. Eversince skp took over, if u had the chance to walk the ground, the void deck is full of bird dropping smell whenever i need to retrieve letters from letterbox. Whereas s&cc fees has increased over the years.

For all opposition parties, their common disadvantage when drafting their manifestos is that they do not know the inner workings of the governmental systems & they do not have actual numbers to base their proposals on. So it is uncertain how their proposals can be implemented without undesirable effects (and all of them did not highlight potential effects and mitigations) PAP has the advantage of knowing the actual numbers, the effects of their proposal and incorporating measures to cushion any effect. In this way, their proposal is more robust and they have a good track record of delivering what they committed.

U do know that being an MP is a part time job? the fact that they can earn 180k/year for appearing in parliament less than 10 times a month and earn that salary is disgusting.
