The DPS model spray depositor from GEA is ideal for distributing a homogeneous layer of filtered tomato sauce over raw or baked pizza bases. Built to be flexible and highly efficient, the DPS unit’s spraying system can be set up to distribute sauce either over the whole pizza, or leaving a free edge.
