GEAR LOADOUT | Hiking the South Downs Way

In this video, I unpack my NatureHike UL 40+5L backpack for my upcoming hike on the South Downs Way. I am an experienced wild camper but this is my first thru hike (multi-day hike). Exciting! I have tried to balance the pack with reliable new gear, budget equipment and some items I own already. I weigh the gear with and without food/water for comparison.
