My wife and daughter both use and love Gregory packs. The Flash was highly recommended from @MirandaGoesOutside as the best piece of REI gear available. I'd make a pilgrimage to an REI to get fitted and try packs on.

Do you think the Rei Flash backpack has less resistance to tearing due to the low weight of its fabric?

Looks like it's made mostly of rip stop nylon, so I'd think it would be pretty tough.

Do you know how many days will I be able to camp with the 55 liter one?

I could really only do 2 nights with the 45L with my setup. I'd hope to get 3-5 nights easily with the 55L.
