Hi bro my bullet gearbox has a problem when I down the gear it's not shifting ....I should down the gear 2 to 3 times then only the gear gets engaged any ideas to rectify it bro

I think gear box bearing (big one near sprocket) housing get oversized which pushes sleeve shaft toward main shaft when 3rd gear is engaged which makes noise. Just check that

Hello brother I'm facing issue with lowering the gears like if I'm going on 4 th gear and getting slow in the traffic I can't shift the gears back from 4-3 gear is engaged but bike isn't moving so again am shifting back 3-2 also it's not moving so I have to get lowering the gear from 4-1 by that way only bike is moving kindly also put a video on how to downshift (lowering) the gears from 4-1

Bro just slow down the bike enough and just down the neutral finder and shift to either 2 or 1 according to your speed.
