My 64 RE 500 has spark ⚡️ and fuel it doesn’t want start , I tried spraying starting fluid into the air filter it still doesn’t wanna fire , checked the compression it read 110 any suggestions??

Can we convert 4 plate clutch into 3 by removing one plate ?

No. Since the clutch center height is greater than that of the 3-plate clutch assembly, we won’t get enough tension from the spring.

Sir does this inner bolt can be broken inside , because my 500 cc 2011 model front frok not open from showroom mechanic, i doubt if he broke bolt inside of both side

My delco plate one screw is donot tight and other screw can tight well...by this reason missing regularly..how can we fix this ..can we re thread screw socket? What is the price of full assembly?

The full assembly costs 3000 Rs. You can buy the outer cover for 400 Rs, or you can insert a small metal plate and use a screw.

Schematic Circuit diagram is easier to understand, as the practical wiring has lots of same connectors.

Sir can you explain the wiring diagrams of 6 volt bullet 1971 model in which two key one in right side panel and another one is near seat in left hand side near carburettor and light and poilet bulb switch is in front near speedometer. Excellent and clear explanation. However I feel that 0.8mm is too small an adjustment. Another reference from a person using old Bullet manual (Paul Henshaw - youtuber) shows that the original manual states around 8-11 mm. If this is to adjust for colder ambient then it seems counterintuitive. Request to please verify and advise. Thanks

Sir my old bullet ci bullet not starting after rain....and take lots kick...if while running in rain its stop ...so iam not riding my bullet in rainy time ... Pls what a solution

Clean the CB point assembly, and then cover the delco with a rubber cap.
